1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 455pub online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://455pub.cam and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• Preferred currency (PHP)

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (AMLA), as amended, 455pub is required to verify the identity of all registered users. You may be required to submit the following documents before you can make withdrawals:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, Postal ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Selfie photograph holding your ID and a handwritten note with the current date and "455pub"

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending compliance. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, payment method ownership, or source of funds.

2.4 One Account Per Person

You are permitted to register and maintain only one account on the 455pub Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and confiscation of all funds, including deposits and winnings. We employ automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify duplicate accounts based on IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, personal information, and other technical identifiers.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

455pub supports deposits through the following Philippine payment channels:

• Maya (formerly PayMaya) e-wallet
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 to 15 minutes, though bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on your financial institution.

3.2 Payment Method Ownership

You may only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name and that you are legally authorized to use. Deposits made from third-party accounts, joint accounts not in your name, or stolen payment credentials will result in account closure, fund confiscation, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

3.3 Deposit Fees

455pub does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency exchange) may impose transaction fees, which are your responsibility. Always review your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a deposit.

4. Withdrawals and Payout Policies

4.1 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals can be requested at any time through your account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawals (e.g., 7-Eleven cash deposits), alternative withdrawal methods may be permitted at our discretion.

Typical withdrawal processing times:

• GCash/Maya: 5–30 minutes
• Bank transfer: 1–3 business days
• Cryptocurrency (USDT): 15–60 minutes

4.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal: ₱100. Maximum daily withdrawal: ₱500,000, subject to account verification status and transaction history. VIP players may request higher limits through customer support.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least 1x (one time) before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement exists to prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering or payment processing purposes. 4.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds typically carry a wagering requirement (also called "rollover" or "playthrough"), which specifies how many times you must wager the bonus amount or bonus + deposit amount before the bonus and associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager ₱30,000 in eligible games before withdrawal.

Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary:

• Slots: 100%
• Live dealer games: 10–20%
• Sports betting: varies by odds and bet type

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, collusion, bet hedging, or using exploits to manipulate wagering requirements, will result in forfeiture of all bonuses, associated winnings, and potential account closure. We reserve the right to void bonuses and reverse winnings if we determine that you have engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

6. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the 455pub Platform are operated by licensed third-party game providers (JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, etc.) and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Game results are final and cannot be reversed except in cases of technical malfunction, as determined by the game provider.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure, fund confiscation, and potential legal action:

• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets
• Exploiting software bugs or game malfunctions for financial gain
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Harassing or abusing customer support staff or other players
• Sharing or selling your account credentials

6.3 Responsible Gaming

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 455pub Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and data compilations, is the property of 455pub or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 455pub and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and 455pub. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for regulatory review.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your account. If you have active bonuses or pending bets, those will be forfeited upon closure.

10.2 Involuntary Closure

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine (in our sole discretion) that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if your account activity presents a risk to the Platform or other users. In cases of involuntary closure, any remaining funds may be forfeited if the closure is due to Terms violations.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the 455pub Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates third-party services, including payment processors (GCash, Maya, etc.), game providers (JILI, Pragmatic Play, etc.), and odds providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of these third-party services, and your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services.

13. Force Majeure

455pub shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, labor disputes, internet outages, server failures, or third-party service interruptions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
